Was it a good day Mr. President?

The next installment of the perpetual bad spending act, also known as the Crap Sandwich 5.0 passed the House of Representatives. Interestingly enough, the Republicans to a representative, voted no.

So the bad bill, which is nothing more than a plethora of political payoff's to the far left wing supporters of the Democrats. There is literally nothing there for the average guy.

$5.2 Billion to ACORN, the often investigated and prosecuted for Voter Fraud group that President Obama has no association with, other than his working with them, and for them.

The charges of partisan political payback appear to be resonating in part due to Obama’s longstanding association with partisan get-out-the-vote operations. He was endorsed by ACORN, and during the campaign paid an ACORN affiliate $832,600 to get-out-the-vote assistance. Early in his career, he led a voter drive for an ACORN-affiliated group called Project Vote.

It’s not the first time ACORN has been entangled in a bailout controversy. In September, House Republicans objected that the original $700 billion bailout package included $100 million for ACORN – a tiny fraction of the sums for ACORN now being considered in the stimulus package.

The Republicans did something right, so I have to assume that President Obama isn't happy about the inability of the President to claim that the horrible spending bill that wastes tons of money on payback for the election.

Then on the Global Warming front, Former Vice President Al Gore, who has demonstrated that he is completely out of touch with reality, testified about Global Warming on a day that a vicious ice storm lashed Washington DC. Seriously.

Mr. President, this may be a good day, your plan passed the House of Representatives. It's not a good day, because now, the Democrats own this Recession, and the nonsense payoffs in your plan won't do a thing to stop the Recession, in fact, they will help force it into a full blown official Depression. You won't be able to blame the Republicans, or Conservatives. It's all yours.

Instead of paying off your political chits, you should have considered this little fact. Our Corporate Tax Rate is 35%. That is the highest of any industrialized nation. That corporate tax rate is in fact, a tariff on American Business's. They have to charge 35% more than the competition, in order to pay your tax. It's yours now Mr. President, because you didn't lift a finger to stimulate the economy. You didn't do anything to level the playing field. Instead, you saddled our great grandchildren's great grandchildren with this boondoggle.

The Economy is going to be your quagmire Mr. President. Well, one of them. I predicted this as many of you may remember. I'm really enjoying the show, I've had a big smile on my face for weeks now.

Hey, here's a campaign slogan for Sarah Palin or whoever the Republicans Nominate. "It's time for the Grownups to be in charge."

Team Obama scrubs Change.Gov website

Obama after a weekend of Bloggers like me, pointing out that you can't just institute most of your policies has removed all agenda and policy items from his change.gov website. My previous complaint about Obama bringing back Slavery was echoed by others who are apparently aware of the thirteenth amendment to the constitution. Thankfully, I got the screenshots before Obama changed it to show some sort of vague tax credit plan for those middle school kids who are apparently going to be taxed.

Now, after removing nearly twenty five specific agenda items, that he campaigned on I might add, we're left with this promise from The One.

President-Elect Obama and Vice President-Elect Biden have developed innovative approaches to challenge the status quo in Washington and to bring about the kind of change America needs.

The Obama Administration has a comprehensive and detailed agenda to carry out its policies. The principal priorities of the Obama Administration include: a plan to revive the economy, to fix our health care, education, and social security systems, to define a clear path to energy independence, to end the war in Iraq responsibly and finish our mission in Afghanistan, and to work with our allies to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, among many other domestic and foreign policy objectives.
Where is the details you had up a few days ago guys? To quote a commercial from my youth, where's the beef?

Team Obama has gone into Prevent Defense mode. Allow me to summarize the position for you.

"Yes, we have very detailed plans that we're going to put into effect the moment that President Obama, that's Majesty to you begins ruling on day one." (Side note, Yes, the Obama team really used the term Rule, as if we're merely peasants who glory in the glow from our Majestic King. Link on the word.)

When asked about the Plans in detail we get this answer. "Look, you can't see them right now, and no we didn't save a copy of the website, why would you want to see a copy? Don't you understand how historic this is? All you people need to know is that President Obama has an agenda, and he's well on his way to implementing it."

UPDATE: I've decided to link to the Obama Transition team co-chair where she claims that President Obama's ready to rule on day one.

Osama warns Obama

This screenshot from the UK Sun Newspaper shows that one true thing came out of the Obama campaign. He's being tested all right.

Direct threats of the sort we've been receiving for a very long time. We ignored those threats for many years, and the Terrorists are praying that Obama returns to ignoring them.

At the same time notionally friendly nations are deploying Nuclear Weapons to threaten democratic nations.

The international situation mirrors the domestic one. While every nut in the world demands that Obama change to suit them, every liberal group at home is demanding the same thing.

President Obama's mandate such as it is remains impossible to reach. Simply put, he can't be all things to all people. Anything less means a group of supporters will be discarded.

Add to this the economic woes that the Democrats created, and we have the perfect person in office. A Democrat determined to make things worse.

Am I the only Conservative who sees opportunity in Defeat?

Perhaps it's my training at the hands of the Masters of Guerilla Warfare in the Army. Perhaps it's that I've read Sun Tzu who was a brilliant strategic thinker.

Perhaps I am the only one who sees the opportunity for us to win? I can't believe that however.

Unconventional Warfare teaches us that we fight to our strengths, and away from the enemies strength's. We don't attack where the enemy is strong, we attack where the enemy is weak.

The Democrats are strong, but very very weak right now. I'm nearly overwhelmed with enthusiasm as I consider it. You should be too.

First, let's consider the Obama Agenda, what we know of it anyway. The Poor, especially the Poor Blacks are expecting checks to arrive very soon. Obama has even said these stimulus checks, or free money, should be paid for by the Oil Companies, or Payroll Taxes. Payroll taxes is Washington Elite Political speak for Social Security/Medicare.

When those checks don't arrive about the time that good old Barry is sworn in, the Poor are going to get angry. When the checks aren't regular payments to the Poor, and it's going to take some time for that to sink in, assuming the checks ever show up, then the Poor are going to get awfully resentful.

Now, let's say that Obama focus's on his plan for Universal HealthCare. Does he make all Doctors Government Employees? Or does he just create a national Health Care Insurance program, which will cover everyone? Either way, he's going to have to address Tort Reform, which means offending the Lawyers who fund a big part of the Democratic Party. So Barry has a real problem with that. Let's lay it aside, and see what else, something easy for Barry to do.

How about his Environmental ideals? He could institute his cap and trade plan, which is already designed to bankrupt the Coal Industry.

Wait, the Coal Miners are Union workers, which is another major source of power, and money, for the Democrats. The people transporting the coal are Teamsters, and RailRoad workers, again Union workers. Damn, if he kills the Coal Industry, he'll put them out of work, and erode the rank and file support he has.

OK, let's move along to something else easy. Iraq. If he just pulls the troops out, he can save all that money. Wait, if he does that, and Iraq's Government falls, he'll be blamed for the failure. Even the Obama loving press wouldn't think it could pretend to blame Bush for that. Not when even the NY Times is grudgingly admitting that real progress has been made.

Perhaps he can address the pitiful state of the Economy. By increasing regulation on business, and thus increasing their costs, he can lead us to higher unemployment, and that means more disgruntled people who will be on Welfare, the problem with that is that most of those do want to work, and they'll be unhappy. High Unemployment rates is not a good re-election tactic.

He can give the Middle Class their tax cut, but he can't pay for all his programs without taxing them at a higher rate. So expect your taxes to go up for a while. Especially in 2010, when the Bush Tax Cut's expire. Higher taxes are a real good way to get re-election chances improved for the Democrats.

OK, he could balance the budget, but not unless he reforms Social Programs, like Welfare, to push more of the people into work, and thus productivity. He won't do that, because the Democrats need those people to be dependent, so balancing the budget is out.

President Obama is completely screwed. He has a coalition of special interest groups, all voting for their own specific agenda items. He can't act on one, without alienating another two, or three. If he institutes cap and trade on energy. The Poor won't be able to afford to heat and cool their homes due to the rising costs of energy production. Having news stories about elderly people freezing to death is not a big re-election helping situation.

So he can do nothing, and claim credit when the Market sorts itself out, and finally absorbs the junk paper pushed on them by Fannie Mae, which makes him look like a do nothing President, and still doesn't satisfy the demands of another core group, the Poor.

So why are you Conservatives Depressed? We're talking about some pain for the rest of us, sure. However we're determined, and dedicated to ideals of survival and success. We'll work harder to make it, while the whiners will be standing in the streets demanding that Obama do something.

If he does learn from History, and take something other than the radical Socialistic Liberal approach, the Kos Kids will turn on him in a moment, and nuke him like they did Lieberman.

President Obama only has one future open for him. He is going to replace Jimmy Carter as the Worst President of all time.

Take a moment friends, and consider the debates for the next four years as more and more Liberals who are demanding action NOW turn on Pelosi, Reid, and the rest. The Environmental Wackos want all drilling stopped right now. The Truckers and other Blue Collar workers want Diesel Prices down and right now. They can't satisfy both groups, and now, can't blame the Republicans for it.

As World War II began, it was apparent that Stalin intended to stand back, and allow the Fascists, and the Imperialists, to destroy each other, and then step in and fill the power vacuum. Right now, we get to do much the same thing. The Liberal Groups are going to be slashing each other like nothing we've ever seen before, the Environmentalist Wackos and the Unions. The Rich are right now fighting to invest in Municipal Bonds, which offer tax free savings options, and other tax free or reduced tax options. Business' will close, and the unemployed are going to blame, Washington DC, and President Obama.

If we Conservatives play this right, do you realize that we can finally make the modern Democratic Party such a minority that they'll be screaming from the cheap seats for the rest of our lifetimes?

All it's going to take, is Conservative Counterpoints on the Web, and in the local papers.

I'm already composing a letter to the Editor of my local paper. It's time to actually educate the population on Conservative Value, and stop letting the Media and the Democrats define us as Racist hate filled greedy people.

We can do this friends, and we can destroy the enemies of freedom at the same time.

Next, I'll be explaining to prospective political figures and potential Presidential Candidates how to explain Conservative ideals to the masses in easy to swallow bites. Perhaps I'll write a book. The Politically Incorrect guide to Conservative Idealism.

UPDATE: Michelle Malkin, God Love her, is ready to fight for Conservative Values and Ideals, are you?

There is no time to lick wounds, point fingers, and wallow in post-election mud.

I’m getting a lot of moan-y, sad-face “What do we do now, Michelle?” e-mails.

What do we do now? We do what we’ve always done.

We stand up for our principles, as we always have — through Democrat administrations and Republican administrations, in bear markets or bull markets, in peacetime and wartime.

The Onion understands my happiness.

President Elect Obama has made a thousand promises, all wrapped in the claim of hope and change, and together, yes we can.

The problem? Obama's answers are historically demonstrated to fail, to increase the misery of the population, and again historically has caused said leaders to be labeled as absolute abject failures by Historians.

There will be setbacks and false starts. There are many who won't agree with every decision or policy I make as president. And we know the government can't solve every problem.
The Onion, which has long been a favorite of mine, has accurately pegged this election.

WASHINGTON—African-American man Barack Obama, 47, was given the least-desirable job in the entire country Tuesday when he was elected president of the United States of America. In his new high-stress, low-reward position, Obama will be charged with such tasks as completely overhauling the nation's broken-down economy, repairing the crumbling infrastructure, and generally having to please more than 300 million Americans and cater to their every whim on a daily basis. As part of his duties, the black man will have to spend four to eight years cleaning up the messes other people left behind. The job comes with such intense scrutiny and so certain a guarantee of failure that only one other person even bothered applying for it. Said scholar and activist Mark L. Denton, "It just goes to show you that, in this country, a black man still can't catch a break."
Peggy Jones, well it looks like she's still going to have to worry about things like how to put gas in her car, and how to pay her mortgage.

It's historic all right.

Why am I not depressed? Easy, I'm a Conservative.

I've been watching and reading online tonight, and I've seen a lot of people who are upset with the election of the Socialist Obama. I'm not upset, nor am I feeling depression. If anything, I feel happy, and resolve.

Happy because the Black Community thinks they've finally done it, overcome racism. Resolve because the vessel of that victory is a Socialist.

The Democratic Party has maintained the Black Community is virtual Slavery for generations. Now, the Black Community has nothing left to complain about. What will Jesse Jackson bemoan? What will the famed Jeremiah Wright complain about? Are we still the US of KKKA? The answer may surprise you, Yes we are.

The policies that led to Black American's living in a country led by Rich White People are continued by Black Leaders like Michelle Obama, and Jeremiah Wright.

Michelle Obama told the Black Community not to become Wall Street Lawyers, or Hedge Fund Managers, like her and the $300,000 a year salary. No, they should stay in the community, and become Social Workers, for a tenth as much money.

Michelle Obama, and Reverend Wright have lied to the Community for decades. They have lied to the community, telling the average Blacks that they can't possibly succeed. Not with the Racism that supposedly exists. I have little use for, and even less respect for Black Community Leaders for that reason.

Tell me this, why is it that Herman Cain isn't the featured Speaker at dozens of events around the nation every month? This Black Man became a Vice President of the same corporation that his Father was a Janitor at. Why isn't Mr. Cain featured as a motivational speaker telling the Black Community that they can succeed with hard work and education?

Obviously, if he told the people the truth, that success, that a better life for you, for your children, is possible, with hard work, and education, then Reverend Wright would be out of a job. Why would the Black Community need Community organizers if they were successful on their own? They wouldn't.

Which is why Welfare is set up the way it is. It is an axiom that if you give a man a fish, you've fed him for a day. If you teach him to fish, you've fed him for a lifetime. Why does this program tell people that if they're caught fishing, they're cut off from the free fish? Why doesn't this program teach people job skills that will give them more than the barest possible existence?

The Democratic Party want's the blacks right where they are. Dependent upon Government, Dependent upon Democrats, and aligned behind people like Reverend Wright.

Have you ever noticed, that when people like Obama speak to the poor, it's always the same old song and dance? "We'll take care of you, and give you what you need."

Why haven't they once said. "We're going to start job training programs to end your way of life, so you can become Middle Class through the same techniques they used, hard work, and education."

Why isn't Clarence Thomas, Michael Steel, and a host of others too numerous to list ever invited to speak to the Black Community about the possibilities that exist with hard work and education?

Because there is more power, more money for the Black Leaders like Reverend Wright if the Blacks stay in the Slavery forced upon them by the current social economic system.

While I've focused on the Black Community, demonstrating the Racism that exists within that community, the same is absolutely true for poor whites. Never is job training even considered. The message is obvious. You can't succeed. You can't make it. Those who do cheat, and you'll never be given the chance.

I wonder if the Black Community will notice, that everyone who is telling them this, is college educated and being paid huge amounts of money? I wonder if now that Obama is the President Elect, if we'll see the message of success being taught to the Black Community?

I doubt it, the Radical Leaders like Reverend Wright are far too happy living in the exclusive gated communities to allow anyone to learn the truth of life.

From Michelle Obama's College Roommate.

Her roommate and great friend, Angela Acree, said Obama's hardworking style stood out among her peers. "She was very organized. We got up very early in the morning, studied before we went to breakfast. We went early. Breakfast started at 7 a.m., and we were usually the only people in the dining hall."
It's a shame that recipe for achievement isn't the message she teaches those who follow in her footsteps isn't it?

Obama thanks Gracious Press

Democratic Candidate, the One, The Messiah, made a short trip into the press section of his campaign plane, O Force One, to thank the Press for being so Gracious towards him.

I thought it would be helpful to lay out some of the Gracious Coverage of the Messiah, Obama.

First one can not consider this issue without taking into account Michelle Malkin's point of view.

Then my own ideals on Press Graciousness. My first video is Chris Matthews describing a thrill running up his leg.

Then there was the awesome example of the Press's ability to remain personally uninvolved, and merely report the facts in an unbiased manner.

Ladies, I'd suggest you learn some self control. If I didn't know better, I'd swear I was standing behind the Freshmen Girls in High School, not the adult and theoretically mature Journalists who are supposedly charged with determining truth for the masses.

Of course, the result of this debacle will be even less esteem for the press by the public. Hey NY Times, any ideas on how to beat that Junk rating for your stocks?

Senator Obama promises his next Press Conference will be after the election.

As we close in on Election Day, the Liberals in the Democratic Party have finally figured out that the people don't really seem all that keen about Socialism. Senator Obama for example, has decided that his next Press Conference is going to be on Wednesday, after the election.

Any bets on when he'll start telling us the truth on the tax increase we're all facing?

Senator Obama has previously said that he's in favor of clean coal technology. His campaign website says this.

• Ensure 10 percent of Our Electricity Comes from Renewable Sources by 2012, and 25 percent by 2025.
• Deploy the Cheapest, Cleanest, Fastest Energy Source – Energy Efficiency.
• Weatherize One Million Homes Annually.
• Develop and Deploy Clean Coal Technology.
• Prioritize the Construction of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline.

Of course, like all Liberals, he's lying through his teeth.

Why is it that Liberals never tell the truth? Why is it that we can't have an honest discussion and comparison of the issues with a Liberal? People, let's ask this question. If you can't be elected by honestly presenting your views to the American People, what makes you claim that a majority of the people support you?

Now, let me ask you this Liberals. What makes you think that the American People will continue to support you when you enact these programs and policies? When you tax everyone more, as we know you will, you've said you would. You promised to let the Bush Tax Cut's expire in 2010, which means for me personally, another seven percent to you all in Washington.

For the Conservatives, tell me again how we wouldn't win in 2010, and 2012? Oh yeah, Obama is going to govern as a Centrist right? He can barely campaign as a centrist, without letting his socialist tendencies out of the bag. How can you pretend he's going to govern as anything but a radical left wing extremist?

Obama promotes formation of a Civilian Security Service

Obama offered us this as part of his National Defense plan.

I wonder if like the last several examples in history of Civilian Security Groups, this one will wear Brown Shirts, or Black?

One of the first in modern history was the SA, or Brown Shirts of Hitler's rise to power. Once Hitler was firmly in control of the Government in Germany, he essentially wiped out the group, murdering the leadership, his old friends in the Night of the Long Knives. They were later made into the SS. Those SS troops, which began as a Civilian National Defense group, later carried out the Final Solution and murdered some 12 Million People, mostly Jews, in Death Camps.

Certainly, the Brown Shirts were civilians, and certainly, they claimed to be used only for protection of the National Socialist Party members and leaders. In practice, they were thugs, used to intimidate and even kill opponents and those targeted by the leaders.

When Lenin seized power in Russia, and formed the Soviet Union, the very first Government Organization he formed was the Cheka. The Cheka later became the KGB, or Committee for State Security. I could and would list the tortures, murders, arrests, intimidation, and barbaric deaths they arranged for enemies of the State, but this Blog Post would be too long for anyone to read, so I'm linking to the relevant Wiki entries, and wish you good reading if you're interested in more info. Suffice to say, they weren't very nice people.

Of course, with the SS and the Cheka/KGB, we're getting into areas of state security organizations, which end up being secret police organizations without limits of power or authority. The less famous cousins of these groups are the Savak, the MSS, and a host of others too numerous to list. The one interesting thing about most of these, they all started as civilians working to protect the leaders and the nation from perceived threat.

Using the SA, and the National Socialist Party for the best example, the one most everyone has heard about, we can see that the Brown Shirts were really nothing more than Thugs. They were bullies, and tough guys alike, who beat, tortured, and killed to help gain the National Socialist power in Germany.

I have to wonder, on what model will Barry Obama plan his group? Perhaps along the lines of the Fruit of Islam? A truly civilian group if there was one, despite a contract at one time from the United Nations to protect inner cities.

It's probably unlikely that he would form the group along the lines of fictional references. Perhaps the Rangers from the Babylon 5 television series would be acceptable, but I doubt he has such high aspirations for this group. No, I think the plan for the group would be more along historical examples.

Unless of course, you expect me to believe that Obama is a supporter of groups like the often demonized Michigan Militia.

I think that given his trends towards state control of everything else, as is standard for his Socialist leanings, we would have to guess that his group will be more along the lines of the Cheka.

Why an Obama Presidency will be entertaining as hell.

Who are Obama's constituents? In other words, who are his core supporters? The answer is easy. They fall into definable groups. You have the radical Socialist group. This first group is the extreme left wing wackos like Code Pink, and ANSWER. These hard core extremist left wing groups love Obama's plans to end American Imperialism.

The not quite so radical socialist groups like the ACLU, which only ever found one Amendment to the Constitution they didn't like, the second amendment. I should say, they only ever found one they couldn't abuse freely.

Then you have the traditional Democrat voters. They hate Republicans, they're not sure why, but they never vote Republican. These are the Union employees for the most part. If they looked at the issues point by point, they'd find they were really Conservatives in most things. But they know the Union says to vote Democrat, so they will.

Then you have the race based supporters of Barry Obama. This group is going to have the second biggest letdown, because I've seen no evidence that Obama has personally done anything but act like a pied piper to the Black Community, which is something I detest.

As an aside, I hate the term Black Community. I've always hated it when we break down things by something superficial, like race. I argued with a Diversity Instructor telling her I didn't see Black Americans, or White Americans. I saw only Americans. There was no difference in my eyes, and no difference in my behavior. Deal with it.

Then you have the people who apparently think that Obama is going to solve the worlds ills if only he's elected. This video is a perfect example of this group.

Now, apparently the Government is going to pay for her gas, and her house payment. She honestly believes that, you can see it in her eyes, her excitement. The road to easy living is just one little election away.

This is the group that's going to have the biggest letdown if Obama is elected. This group will smirk and be smug as hell, and stop paying their bills and party on. The why, they think Daddy Government is going to take care of them. They haven't yet learned that there's no such thing as a free lunch. They've not yet learned that you get what you earn, and the earning takes long hours of hard work. Nothing, not even life is free. Life is purchased through months of discomfort by the woman, ending in hours of painful and extremely difficult labor to bring that life into the world.

Now I said an Obama Presidency would be entertaining. I can't wait for the news stories of people like this woman screaming that they can't do this to her because she voted for and got Obama elected.

I remember hearing a story once. Where one of the Ceaser's in Rome was informed that the people had built a temple to him. He looked surprised and then upset. When asked why, he responded that he had no idea what he was supposed to do when someone prayed to him to make it rain or cure their gout.

Obama is about to find out, there is nothing you can do. He's been portrayed as a Messiah by his supporters.

So why am I so happy that people are going to be outraged, disappointed, and even devastated? I have a big streak of shadenfraude in me. I enjoy watching people suffer the mistakes that they set themselves up for. I really do enjoy that. I believe in making sure the person gets a fair warning, but in the end, I know it's going to be ignored.

Let's say I see a tourist about to enter a pasture so his wife can snap a photograph of him standing right next to a Bull. I would warn that tourist once, just once, that this was dangerous, and he is liable to get hurt or killed. After that, I would stand back and watch the show, knowing that prancing around in a Bull's pasture is not guaranteed to upset the Bull to the point of mayhem, but it's pretty likely that the Bull is going to be annoyed by the presence in his Pasture.

Is this wrong? I'm certain that numerous Lawyers would say yes, but in my opinion, your responsible for your own actions, and the consequences are yours alone. You made the decision, after being advised not to do so, to take the risk. The result is yours alone to suffer.

So these Obama Supporters who think that in Electing Obama, they'll end all their problems in one easy to take movement, well I'm really going to enjoy their disappointment. If you're dumb enough to think that the Government can, or should, put gas in your car, or a roof over your head, you deserve the result you get. For my own point of view, if the Government does start doing that, I'm planning on quitting my job and letting Uncle Sam take care of me too. Of course, Peggy hasn't thought of that yet, but I believe I'd be surprised if she thought of much too seriously.

Obama's Aunt who lives in the slum? She's an illegal Alien

In the so funny you can't make it up catagory. We have this story that I would have liked to comment on, however again, limited time made such action difficult.

This is B. Hussein Obama's Aunt, the one he commented on so fondly in his book, Faith of my Father Zeituni Onyango. She's been living in Public Housing, which most people call a Slum, in Boston for five years. Obama makes more than a million dollars a year, and the woman who helped raise his Father was living in a slum. Of course, Barry like to tell us how we're all selfish because we don't like the idea of tax increases. Barry, the term selfish should be applied to things like Charity, and Charity starts at home, not in Washington.

Then the next day, the stories were all about how wonderful a person, and how wonderful a resident Aunt Zeituni was in the slum in Boston. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about her.

"She's been a model resident," said William McGonagle, deputy director of the Boston Housing Authority. "She did a remarkable job as a resident health advocate."

Federal Election Commission records show that Onyango donated at least five times to her nephew's campaign in July and September. Three of the donations were for $5 each, and two of the donations were for $25. Records compiled by The Huffington Post show she gave a total of $260 to the campaign.

So Auntie found a way to donate to Obama and his campaign, from her own desperate situation, and Obama couldn't be bothered to donate to her, from his own rather more substantial resources? That's outragous right? I wish I could say that's the end of this story, but it gets even more unbelievable.

She's an Illegal Alien.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Barack Obama's aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.

Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango's case.

Information about the deportation case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one of them a federal law enforcment official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.
So as we've all seen with Obama's campaign before, anyone who might embarass the candidate is thrown under the bus, and Obama himself stomps on the gas pedal to make sure they're run over fully.

CHICAGO (AP) - Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama said Saturday he didn't know his aunt was living in the United States illegally and believes that laws covering the situation should be followed.

The Associated Press found that Obama's aunt had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. The woman, Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUHN on-YANG-oh), is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father.

A statement given to the AP by Obama's campaign said, "Senator Obama has no knowledge of her status but obviously believes that any and all appropriate laws be followed."
So Obama runs over the Aunt he so dearly loved. Oh well Auntie, you have to understand. You stand between him and the summation of his dreams, the power he so desperately craves.

I have to wonder though. Isn't Obama being rather selfish? I mean, he has so much, while his family has so little. Charity is said to start at home. In his home, he wants to remain wealthy and privileged, while you are told to take care of the charity in his own family. Typical Liberal, they never want to do with less themselves, they are determined that you should do with less though, because it's necessary for the collective good.

Yes Comrade, I understand. You didn't help Auntie out, because you figure we should all be living in assigned public housing.

One last aside. I wonder if the Obama Campaign is going to return the $260 that Auntie scrounged up by eating cat food that was received in violation of the law?

It shall be unlawful for a foreign national directly or through any other person to make any contribution of money or other thing of value, or to promise expressly or impliedly to make any such contribution, in connection with an election to any political office; or in connection with any primary election, convention, or caucus held to select candidates for any political office; or for any person to solicit, accept, or receive any such contribution from a foreign national.

Senator, does this mean you committed a crime in accepting donations from foreign nations in what appears to be a violation of clearly described law?
UPDATE: The Obama campaign is returning the $265 to Auntie Zeituni after learning of her immigration status. Apparently, Auntie Zeituni ate all that cat food for nothing after all.

Team Sarah and the wink ad.

Team Obama, when they aren't throwing reporters who fail the Party Loyalty Test, put out an Ad on Sarah Palin revolving around the wink. ABC's News Blog has the story, and I'd avoided it until now, for a simple reason. It was a stupid ad, and it was at the very least, showed once again the poor judgement of Team Obama. With so many other fine examples of the lies, and otherwise bad judgement of Team Obama, I let this one slide on by.

It's not that I think the ad isn't perhaps somewhat sexist. It's that I have only so many hours in a day, and many responsibilities, like most of you, and I just can't say everything I would want to most days. So I pick the stories that grab my attention the most, and let other often more worthy of comment stories slide on by.

The ABC link above has quotes, one from a President of the NOW chapter in Los Angeles. about how horribly sexist Obama has been towards the women campaigning against him. Yeah, we know. He was sexist to Hillary, and remains sexist. That's probably part of the reason I didn't mention this before. It's sort of like reporting that a Drunk is still drinking. Or the running joke from the first year of Saturday Night Live, General Francisco Franco is still dead.

So I let that story slide by, but thankfully, Team Sarah did not. Team Sarah, well, they managed to put something together. They tie in Ayers, Rev. Wright, and Khalidi. Well done Team Sarah. Kudo's to you.

Nice one Team Sarah, keep up the good work.

Get off my plane Judas

The Obama Campaign is outraged that three newspapers endorsed John McCain. To demonstrate their outrage, and the current Democratic behavior akin to the Soviet Politburo, Obama tossed the reporters from those papers off his campaign airplane. Seriously, he actually did that.

Journalists from three major newspapers that endorsed John McCain have been booted from Barack Obama's campaign plane for the final leg of the presidential race.

The Washington Times reported Friday that it was notified of the Obama campaign's decision Thursday evening -- even though the paper has covered Obama from the start.

Executive Editor John Solomon told FOXNews.com that the Obama campaign said it didn't have enough seats on the plane, but "I don't think the explanation makes sense to us."

"We've been traveling since 2007 with him. ... We're a relevant newspaper -- every day we break news," Solomon said. "And to suddenly be kicked off the plane for people who haven't covered it as aggressively or thoroughly as we are ... it sort of feels unfair."

He said the newspaper protested but was turned down again by the campaign.

"I can only hope that the candidate who describes himself as wanting to unite the nation doesn't have some sort of litmus test for who he decides gets to cover the campaign," Solomon said, noting that the Obama campaign's decision came just two days after the paper endorsed McCain.
This is not the actions of someone who's ever endured criticism. This is the behavior of a spoiled rotten petulant brat. The Washington Times, the NY Post, and the Dallas Morning news all have much larger circulations than the replacement reporters. So the only explanation is that the petulant spoiled brat Obama didn't like it when those papers didn't endorse him.

I'm almost enjoying the idea of Obama as a President around this. Imagine the tantrum he would throw when the world doesn't just fall into line like he promises it will. Imagine his screaming tirades and massive staff firing when his approval ratings drop during the inevitable Depression that will follow his proposed economic plan.

Can you imagine the outrage from the Left if McCain did something like this? Can you imagine the screams of McCarthyism? The left would be stuttering in impotent range.

I think the rage in the streets in a year should Obama be elected and unable to deliver on a third of his promises, since many of his supporters are the same kind of petulant spoiled brats. I think it's going to be funny when the people finally realize that the Government isn't going to pay for their gasoline, and isn't going to pay for their house, and can't pay for them all to get into a mansion. That's the really hilarious thing to me. If Obama is elected, the people who think that they will be brought up to the level of the Rich, will be astounded when the Rich are instead brought down to the lowest level, as is normal in Socialist Countries.

This action, throwing the reporters off the plane, is a perfect example of the Democrats loyalty litmus test. If you dare disagree with them, you will be punished. If you dare to speak ill of the party line, then you will be destroyed. The Democrats are even closer to the Stalin era of the Socialists than I had thought. Should be interesting to see how the Patriotic Americans respond to the demands for more power and loyalty from the Democrats.

UPDATE: Hot Air is running the story and it's generating a lot of outrage from the Conservatives. Michelle Malkin also has a nice piece up.

If you don’t make me glow, you gotta go.

Obama audio burning up the Net.

In 2001, Before he was a US Senator, before he was a media packaged chosen one, Obama was doing a Radio Interview.

Let me say that it's utterly astounding. Now Joe the Plumber was a wake up call from the Left, however this recording is more.

Redistribution of Wealth. Yes, he's talking about it, yes he's in favor of it. His question is how do we get the Redistribution of wealth? Should we do it by Legislation? Or perhaps via the courts? Obama's not in favor of the Courts, you just can't guarantee to get what you want. By Legislation, you can.

I'm sickened by this.

Michelle Malkin has the story and has a great quote up.

In Obama’s America, we’ll finally be able to break free of the “constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution” — and in so doing, achieve “social justice” through “redistributive change.”

    Well, then. Fine .

But this is not the America I knew…

Team Obama spanks Reporter for asking tough questions

First the background. Joe Biden was doing a satellite interview with Florida TV station WFTV, and the reporter instead of being busy telling Team Obama/Biden how awesome they are, actually asked tough questions, for what may be the first time in this two year long Presidential run.

Team Obama responded quickly, and harshly.

Biden so disliked West's line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a WFTV interview with Jill Biden, the candidate's wife.

"This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election," wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign.

McGinnis said the Biden cancellation was "a result of her husband's experience yesterday during the satellite interview with Barbara West."

So much like the body hanging from a tree, the warning has been sent. If you ask tough questions, you won't ever get another chance to interview one of our sainted figures again.

How did the reporter, Barbra West respond? Outstandingly well in my opinion.

These are questions that are rolling about right now and questions that need to be asked. I don't think I was rude or inconsiderate to him.

So for those aspiring journalists out there, don't ask tough questions of Team Obama, unless you want high ratings, and success like Fox News. Of course, you could be like the "Newspaper of Record" and always ask good liberal questions, and always take the Liberal Socialist side on every story, like the New York Times.

Of course, they're rating from Standard and Poors is accurate. They're Junk.

NEW YORK, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's on Thursday slashed its ratings on the New York Times Co into junk territory and cited concerns about the newspaper publisher's revenue outlook, after it posted a third-quarter loss.

Moody's Investors Service also said it may follow the move, adding the publisher faces risks in refinancing its debt.

Apparently Liberals don't know how to run a business. Why would we trust them to see to the Nations economy, when they can't even figure out how to publish a Newspaper that people want to read?

Obama's no tax left behind plan

No Child Left Behind was the name of the education program proposed by President Bush, and written by Senator Kennedy. Obama's plan to increase our taxes should be called No Tax Left Behind according to Deroy Murdoch.

Posting a long litany of numbers would be confusing, and frankly, you can read the linked article and get the point easily enough. I doubt that I can explain it any better than Mr. Murdoch.

What I will say is this, the historical example of lower taxes increasing economic growth, and increasing individual income levels is proven. Yet, Obama and the Democrats are already planning how to run the country into ruin. The failed policies of the Carter Era will seem like a cakewalk if Obama and the Democrats have their way.

On assuming office in 1977, President Carter inherited an economy that was slowly emerging from a recession. He had severely criticized former President Ford for his failures to control inflation and relieve unemployment, but after four years of the Carter presidency, both inflation and unemployment were considerably worse than at the time of his inauguration. The annual inflation rate rose from 4.8% in 1976 to 6.8% in 1977, 9% in 1978, 11% in 1979, and hovered around 12% at the time of the 1980 election campaign. Although Carter had pledged to eliminate federal deficits, the deficit for the fiscal year 1979 totaled $27.7 billion, and that for 1980 was nearly $59 billion. With approximately 8 million people out of work, the unemployment rate had leveled off to a nationwide average of about 7.7% by the time of the election campaign, but it was considerably higher in some industrial states.

This was with only moderately socialist policies that were enacted under President Carter. Now imagine what will happen with the Socialism that Obama and the Democrats are proposing, Recession will be the least of our worries economically then.

Small Business's will suffer under the Obama Economic plan. That is not something that most Americans want to see, but according to Obama, it's what we need to do to spread the wealth around. So far, I don't see any plan on spreading wealth, but I do see a lot of misery about to be spread around. That's the secret of Socialism, everyone is equal, equally miserable.

Obama will tax only the rich. Of course, we know that's a lie. His own supporters admit that there are more than just the rich that will suffer. The plan Obama says will help the unemployed is a planned $3,000 tax break for new hires. Anyone here want to work for $3 grand a year?

Finally, we have the Wall Street Journal's comments on the Obama Economic Plan, which as I said above, will likely cause more suffering to the nation than President Carter's ill conceived policies.

The election is still two weeks away, but we are already living in the world of Obamanomics. In fact, on fiscal policy we've been living in that world at least since February when the Bush Administration conceded to the Congressional priority of Keynesian fiscal "stimulus." That didn't work very well, but no matter. Spurred on by Barack Obama, Democrats in Congress are preparing Round Two, this time in the form of $150 billion to $300 billion in new spending.

So the Liberal answer of throwing money at problems never makes the problems go away, instead the problems just get worse. Obama would pay to make the problem worse, by taxing us all more.

The sad truth is that Liberals don't live in the real world, they have no clue how money is made, and no idea what you do to earn your money. They think that power, and money, is owed to them because of the purity of their thought. The Socialist ideology may be appropriate for Government, but just not the Government of the United States. Perhaps the Liberals could go to Venezuela. I understand that Chavez has managed to Socialized a third of the Gross National Product out the window there. With a little help from Pelosi, Reid, and Obama, I bet he could have the entire nation of Venezuela sleeping over steam grates this winter.

Dr. Rubin on the New New Deal.

Paul Rubin writes in this editorial that Obama may be worse for the economy than anything in our history.

In 1932, Democrat Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected president as the nation was heading into a severe recession. The stock market had crashed in 1929, the world's economy was slowing down, and all economic indicators in the U.S. showed signs of trouble.

The new president's response was to restructure the economy with the New Deal -- an expansion of the role of government once unimaginable in America. We now know that FDR's policies likely prolonged the Great Depression because the economy never fully recovered in the 1930s, and actually got worse in the latter half of the decade. And we know that FDR got away with it (winning election four times) by blaming his predecessor, Herbert Hoover, for crashing the economy in the first place.

The economy operates on a simple premise. The more money in motion, the better the economy is doing. If Money goes to Washington, it doesn't circulate nearly as quickly as the dollars which remain in the economy.

Yes, there are Projects which have some good benefits to mankind, and the nation. The science of NASA is one of my personal favorites. I am constantly debating a friend about that. He considers that money wasted. He believes that the money would be better spent helping people.

My response is usually along the lines of. "We've spent six trillion, that is thousand thousand million dollars on the war on Poverty, and we've got just as many people in Poverty as we used to. We have spent how many billions of dollars, and our kids are dumber now than ever before. We've spent tons of money on juvenile programs, and the kids are more dangerous, and out of control, than ever before. What more can we do throwing money at the problem. The first thing we need to do is admit the current problem is worse because of our trying to fix it, and then figure out what WILL work. Until then, I won't ever support more money to "help people."

As I've said many times in the past. I support job training programs, and I support programs to give people a chance to earn a living. I've said before, social programs are intended to be a safety net, not a hammock. To catch you before you starve to death homeless and destitute. Not to become something you reside in.

Compassion is another Liberal Lie that I've got to find time to address soon. Compassion is not more programs that stagnate the person in the program. Compassion is helping the person so they don't need those programs ever again.

So what does Obama promise us? A huge socialist state where he promises to spread the wealth, but really will be spreading the misery.

If Obama makes many more promises like this, I may be able to vote for McCain after all.

Colin Powell endorses Obama.

I won't question the former Secretary of State's motives, nor will I reduce them to race. I will say I believe he's wrong.

Some of the reasons he gave I'll address.

As a key reason, Powell said: "I would have difficulty with two more conservative appointments to the Supreme Court, but that's what we'd be looking at in a McCain administration."

I think this is a bit questionable. Liberal Justices keep finding hidden rights or power in the Constitution. One of the more questionable recent decisions was Kelo. In that decision, as we all know, private property rights and Eminent Domain were redefined to mean things they were never meant to.

In Kelo, we find that corrupt politicians have the power to take your property, and give it to developers, all in the hopes that the resulting property will have a higher property tax base for the government. This is NOT what the Founding Fathers meant when they talked about Eminent Domain. They intended that the Government would take the land only for real Government use, like roads, schools, and Government use. Not for the dubious hope of a higher property tax base.

In Kelo, we see the dangerous Conservative Judges saying that Government shouldn't have the power, and the understanding compassionate Justices claiming that Government should. Perhaps Former Secretary of State Powell can explain how enlightened Liberal Justices like this are helping the nation.

I have railed against the Supreme Court more than once. While I find I haven't posted much on this blog, I can easily tell you that I have questions about the foundation of the court.

The Court's power is self assigned. The Constitution didn't give the Supreme Court the power of Judicial Review, and that power may have to reside somewhere. However, to have the court decide, "There is a hole here, and we're going to fill it by God." is questionable to say the very least.

Like Politicians, they gave themselves the power, unlike Politicians, they didn't have to stand for re-election after the event.

Powell said that he is "troubled" by the direction of the Republican Party, and said he began to doubt McCain when he chose Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate.

"Not just small towns have values," he said, responding to one of Palin's signature lines.

That is true Sir. However, it's also true that everything I've read about Sarah Palin show she has a personality trait which is somewhat lacking in Politicians. She's honest. Not sort of honest, not kind of honest if you close one eye and bang your head on the wall to rattle your brain and see what the Politician sort of meant. She's honest.

I respect Former Secretary Powell's opinion. However, I must disagree. His reasons are flimsy in my opinion. It's noted that over a year ago, he gave the maximum donation to McCain.

Mr. Secretary, I believe you're wrong in this one. I think the last answer our nation needs is another four years of Unleashed Socialism, which is what we'll get from Obama.

Of course, the way I look at it from here, I figure we can't lose with an Obama Presidency. If he wins the election, he's going to run amok with Socialism, which will have the predictable and historically demonstrated results. Weaker economy, more unemployment, and let's not forget, the inevitable censorship that follows. So when all that happens, when the elections of 2012 come around, Sarah Palin will be in the cat bird seat for it. She'll win like Reagan did in 1980 over the last huge Socialist we had in office, Jimmy Carter.

Then the unfortunate tag for the "historic President Obama" the first Black President would be abject failure.

UPDATE: Michelle Malkin has a very insightful piece on this.

Ann Coulter's vows to support Hillary if McCain nominated

Hot Air has a thread up which addresses comments recently made by Ann Coulter in which she states that she would rather campaign for Hillary Clinton than vote for John McCain.

I've been denouncing Senator John McCain for as long as I've been following politics. I have no use for him as a politician. I have stated many many times I'll not be supporting the Senator's campaign, and the only good thing that I can see coming from his winning the nomination would be if he resigned as a Senator. That would be something I would cheer, however unlike Bob Dole, I'm betting that the NY Times doesn't call on him to resign from the Senate.

The New York Times, which has solidly opposed all conservative ideas, labeled them as Fascist, is telling us to unite behind McCain. Look, I don't like my enemies telling me how to do things. Enemies you say, you call Liberals enemies? Yes, I do from a philosophical standpoint. We have to realize that Liberals never give up ground on their ideals. Compromise to a Liberal is that you agree with them and they'll stop talking bad about you.

Nuts. I agree with Ann Coulter, I agree with the seventy percent of the Republican Party that opposes John McCain. I agree with the millions of people who have sworn to oppose McCain come hell and high water.

Senator McCain. You may well win the nomination, and if you do, expect all those friends from the left to turn on you like a rabid dog. You'll be the most demonized Republican short of Rumsfeld. When that happens, and you see what we've been saying for years, that you can't trust a liberal in Washington, don't cry to us about it.

If McCain does win the Nomination, I expect a landslide win for either Obama or Clinton. The Media will happily compare it to Reagan's wins in 80 and 84.

I will personally celebrate the loss Senator. It took a loss by President Ford to bring us President Jimmy Carter. It took a Jimmy Carter to bring us Ronald Reagan. It took Bob Dole to bring us a Moderately Conservative President in the form of George Bush. If McCain is the inevitable nominee as is reported, then I'm about to start a movement here. Conservatives for Obama. Go Obama.
