Global Warming Litigation in California

California has filed a class action lawsuit against six automakers claiming that they are causing global warming, and causing California to spend money as a result.

Besides the demonstrable truth that Global Warming is not destroying the earth, we have to say that this is flatly stupid. Amazingly stupid in fact.

I have a small piece of advice for the six automakers if you all would listen for a moment. General Motors, Ford, Toyota Motor Corp., DaimlerChrysler AG, Honda Motor Co. and Nissan Motor Co..

As of this moment, stop selling cars in California. Announce publicly that because of the hostile business environment you will no longer sell cars in California. You will fill existing orders and accept no new orders as of this date. Watch the California Government fold like a house of cards in a strong wind. It's time, past time, for the world to hold the lawyers responsible for their actions.

Government agencies buy Ford Crown Victoria cars with their V-8 engines every day, like there is no other car made. They demand the big car, they demand the power of the V-8. They demand that YOU the individual citizen not be allowed to have such a car.

Automakers, stop selling in California. Walk away from the state, and see what happens. Inside of six months, the people in California will be ready to lynch the Attorney General, and all his staff, as well as the elected representatives because they want their cars. Also the sales of cars across the state line will skyrocket as people drive cars in from Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon. It would be an awesome display of true power of the people. The short term loss would be more than made up within a couple years.

Think about it guys, starve the car hungry California and see the people ready to riot in a few months.

The Democratic Party, also known as the Liberal Loons, the party of cut and run, and big losers in the last three elections, are in trouble again. I mentioned that Sweeden went Conservative in the last election.

Well the new Zogby poll shows that the Liberals beloved Generic Ballot lead has disappeared.

What is the Liberal response to this you might ask? Apparently to prepare for Civil War.

Mexican Justice? How much money you got Dog?

In America, the running joke is if you have enough money, you can get away with Murder ala O.J. Simpson. Your attorneys can create enough of a doubt that you walk on the Murder Charge with rhetoric alone. Of course, Attorneys of that quality are fairly few and far between, not to mention rather expensive.

In Mexico, the police are the criminals, so the ability to get away with the crime depends mostly on bribing the right officials.

In Mexico, there were an estimated 3000 kidnappings for ransom in 2003. In many instances, the police were believed to be involved in the crimes, in other words, they were the criminals. Brutal Violence isn't a community shocking event, so rare it doesn't affect a majority of people in the nation, it's an every day event in Mexico.

That brings us to the situation concerning one Duane "Dog" Chapman, of Dog the Bouty Hunter fame. Duane gained national media attention, and the start of his reality based television show from his rather public apprehension of Max Factor heir Andrew Luster, who raped three women, and fled during the trial to Mexico to avoid Prison. Not a bad plan, since Mexico usually ignores requests for extradition, especially of the rich and shameless. Mexico usually ignores those who are "wanted" for Justice in Mexico, so long as they are out of Mexico as well.

I should point out that I had seen his television show exactly once before his arrest. My first impression was his wife, the blond with the gigantic breasts should seriously consider some surgery to reduce them by a foot or two. I won't call myself a fan, moderately interested, or whatever. Frankly, I probably won't be watching the show in the future.

I bring up the subject for a reason. It seems that Mexico is mightily peeved over Dog Chapman dashing down, and according to Mexican Law, kidnapping Andrew Luster, and taking him from the Mexican Judicial System. Mexican Justice is one of those Oxymorons you have heard about.

Since Mexico is usually reluctant to actually arrest any rich and powerful folks, much less subject them to extradition, especially if the Death Penalty may be involved, we are usually as reluctant to send the accused to Mexico. However that seems to be changing.

Dog Chapman has been arrested and released on bond pending his extradition hearing on Mexicos desire to have him back and punished for Kidnapping a Rapist who was wanted in America. The Police in Mexico are apparently mightily put out that their retirement fund, Max Factor heir Luster, is now serving 124 years in Prison for his crimes.

Now, what brings this to my attention is Mexico's apparent desire to import a criminal, when they are exporting hundreds of thousands of criminals each month and are unable to stem that flow.

Days after Duane Chapmans arrest, it was proudly announced by the Justice Department that Mexico is extriditing a drug kingpin to the United States. Well that explains it, since Mexico has such a long list of people we want to stand trial here, a far different justice system than exists in Mexico I might add, instead of living in luxury compounds in Mexico, they demanded someone off their very short list of accused felons who have left Mexico instead of hanging around and bribing the cops like everyone else.

Apparently Mexican Authorities are too busy chasing after Dog Chapman to stem the tide of the estimated 3000 kidnappings each year. Perhaps now that Mr. Chapman is in the Judicial System in the US, fighting extradition to Mexico, the Justice System in Mexico might look for some of those thousands of Kidnappers and murderers in Mexico that are committing crimes every day.

Mexican Justice isn't a joke, it's an insult. If there was any justice in our worlds, the American Judicial system would send a dog turd to Mexico. When you guys find some of those kidnapped people and manage to get them home alive, let me know. When you have kidnappings as the exception to the daily news, instead of not even mentioned because it's literally a daily event, call me. When your police aren't involved in rape, robbery, murder, and kidnapping, then we will consider sending Dog on down. In the mean time you should be grateful that we aren't using artillery to stop the invasion by the Mexicans each night.

Gary Lutnick a victim of the 9-11 attack

Gary Lutnick, a victim of the 9-11 attacks, is the person whom I am honoring on this fifth anniversary of the attacks, and the loss of Gary.

Gary was one of the nearly 3000 people who died on the day of that terrible attack, Gary died when the towers collapsed, according to his family, Gary called his sister to tell her he loved her.

His friends and family all remember Gary, and we do to.

I joined the program for a memorial post on this anniversary, we wanted and exceeded the goal for one blog per victim of the attack. We should never forget those who died on this day.

I am just one of the 2996 blogs who is honoring this day, by honoring one person. To Gary’s family, and friends, I honestly pray that time has assuaged the pain and anguish that you endure.

What ignoring the Islamo Fascists got us

As we sit back and continue to read the negotiations betwen the Clinton administration, the Democratic Party, and ABC over the Path to 9-11 mini-series. We should take a moment and consider what brought us to 9-11.

It was our unwillingness to confront the multiple attacks we suffered. It was our unwillingness to confront an enemy, and fight the war they had already declared upon us.

Powerline Blog has a long list of terrorist attacks, yet we ignored them all, reacted to none of them.

In response to another blogger, I posted a long piece on why we should stay the course on the War on Terror.

Most of us remember where we were on that fateful day, it was another of those moments, like Kennedy in Dallas, or the Pearl Harbor attack, or Neil Armstrong landing on the moon, that caused the earth to stop for a few moments, and changed the rest of our lives.

I was asleep, I work nights, and was asleep, and for some reason woke hours too early that day. My wife told me that CNN was reporting a small airplane had hit the World Trade Center. Like everyone, I assumed it was an accident, I mumbled something about the dumb pilot probably having a heart attack while flying sightseers around New York. I was wrong, obviously.

As the day went on, and the enormity of the events became too clear to everyone, I like the rest of you found myself faced with a new world.

Before 9-11, a hijacking meant you complied, awaited the negotiaters, and the Special Forces team who would effect a rescue if required. After 9-11, we could be compliant no longer, and we probably shouldn't have been compliant on that day. We saw the signs, we saw the escalation of attacks, and ignored those signs in favor of our perceived invincibility. After 9-11 we all watched people around us a little more carefully, and when Abdel Rahim tried to detonate a shoe bomb on another plane, the passengers jumped on him with both feet. I know, we all called him Richard Reid, but that was inaccurate. Reid converted to Islam, and in compliance with the Religious norms, had changed his name. It is obviously respectful of Islam to point out that yet another psychotic lunatic was Islamic isn't it?

I am going to suggest you read the extremely long list of Terrorist Attacks here. It should be an eye opener for you. Perhaps you can tell me what ignoring the Islamo Fascists gained for us. Perhaps you can tell me what negotiation and being understanding of their views got us. I can tell you what we reaped from that. It was the World Trade Center attack, and it wasn't Internal Explosives, controlled demolitions, or hidden secret building destroying missiles of the various conspiracy theories. It was a logical and obvious series of events. Easily understood by anyone, except hate america first Libs.

Reasons we should stay the course in the War On Terror

A liberal blog linked here, and my post on the Liberals purportedly supporting the troops but not the War. A quick stroll through the blog of our liberal friend shows the usual Liberal approved messages. We need to fire Rumsfeld. I didn't bother counting, but read at least five mentions to getting rid of Rummy. Bush is the worst (Third) President in History. Yawn and scratch here if you like.

I have to admit, our dear Liberal is right on Nuclear Power, yet he is wrong on so many other topics.

We Conservatives say that the biggest threat in the free world is Islamo Fascists, Liberals including our blogger say that the biggest threat is Rumsfeld followed by Bush and Cheney.

The question is not what must happen, it's what can we do. We can still easily win the war. But the campaign in Iraq is lost. We can cut out loses or we can let it continue to bleed us in men and money and our standing in the world. But we can't win it.

Or to paraphrase Donald Rumsfeld, you fight the war with the administration you have, not the administration you wish you had. We cannot win this war with Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld/Pace/Abizaid in charge. No way/no how/not happening.

Well Gee, we can't win in Iraq is his armchair expert assessment. Yep, that makes him a Liberal.

So what does his suggest in the end of his ill conceived rant? We should pull out of Iraq, surrendering it to the Islamo Fascists because that will make it easier to win the War on Terror.

I suggest you consider how pulling out of Iran made us stronger in the Middle East? Wait it didn't make us more loved and more respected? How about when we pulled out of Beirut, I am sure that made us stronger. Somalia, no not there either. I am sure that our dear Liberal is busy as we speak trying to find a place in history where surrender got you the goals you fought for.

I would like to take a moment and ask you to consider what the enemy thought of us leaving Somalia, another instance where Liberals thought we could not win.

Describe the situation when your men took down the American forces in Somalia.

After our victory in Afghanistan and the defeat of the oppressors who had killed millions of Muslims, the legend about the invincibility of the superpowers vanished. Our boys no longer viewed America as a superpower. So, when they left Afghanistan, they went to Somalia and prepared themselves carefully for a long war. They had thought that the Americans were like the Russians, so they trained and prepared. They were stunned when they discovered how low was the morale of the American soldier. America had entered with 30,000 soldiers in addition to thousands of soldiers from different countries in the world. ... As I said, our boys were shocked by the low morale of the American soldier and they realized that the American soldier was just a paper tiger. He was unable to endure the strikes that were dealt to his army, so he fled, and America had to stop all its bragging and all that noise it was making in the press after the Gulf War

It seems that when we surrender, and pull out, because the naysayers think we can't win, we empower our enemy to greater efforts the next time. The problem with cutting and running is simple, sooner or later you run out of places to run from.

We pull out of Iraq, it falls, and joins with Iran as a major Islamic nation using threats and oil with terrorism to carry on the Prophets will of slaughtering as many innocents as possible. Next we are bombed in Saudi Arabia, the the rest of the Middle East, we can't win the Liberals say, we must pull out. We are bombed everywhere, and we pull back the US Territory, and we are attacked in another city as we were on 9-11. What do we do then? Surrender San Francisco to the Terrorists, because we can't win? Where do we draw the line, the line that says we as a nation will fight here no matter the cost, no matter the burden.


Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty.

That was from President Kennedy's speech, and it states the ideals that we are fighting for today. We haven't born the burden, we haven't endured the hardship, nor have we opposed the foe. We have pretended we didn't have a foe, pretended to deal with it in a civilized manner, using the justice system to hide from the foe. We pretend we can fight this war in the court rooms of the world instead of in battle. We can't fight the foe that way, and we can't win by surrender. We are HERE because of Surrender in the past.

We are in Iraq because we surrendered in Beirut, Somalia, and Iran. We saw the Extremists gaining ground, and didn't oppose them then. We are stuck with it now, and it's going to be a mother of a long fight. We can ignore it for another Generation, and then we have to start falling back within our own states, and then we really won't be able to win the war on Terror.

I say fight this war NOW, win it within the next Generation. If it takes 20 years, then it's our burden, and we have shrunk from that burden for too long as it is. Each time we refuse to pick up that challenge, we make the enemy stronger, and we make ourselvs weaker. We could have won this war easily in 1979, and it would have taken more effort in 1983. By 1993, it would have taken a grand effort, yet it was still winnable. Today, the effort is gigantic, and will take two decades or even more to finally win.

The enemy must be eliminated, not tried and convicted. We aren't going to win any war in the court room, but in the dark recesses of the globe. Those Liberals and Democrats who assumed the war was won, or would be won easily were fools. Those who think the war is about Osama Bin Laden are fools. If we kill Osama today, the war would still need to be fought tomorrow.

Yes, I know how we can win this war, and the Liberals would never allow us to do it.

First, roll and coat all bullets in Pig fat, advertise this fact. Show video of the troops doing this. Thus when you shoot an enemy, he not only dies, but goes straight to hell instead of to his many virgins. Bury the bodies of the enemy under pigs. If you want a holy war, I will be quite happy to give it to you. We won't do that however, because it's too cruel and insensitive. We have to respect the IslamoFasists who are trying to kill us.

How do I know? Congress ordered the US Army not to use Israeli Ammunition in Iraq, because it might outrage the Islamo nuts who we are fighting. Yep, don't want to make that enemy mad.

Winning a war means taking the fight out of your enemy, and using whatever means it will take to do so. Japan required two atomic bombs before they were ready to stop the fight. Germany fought nearly to the last man. We fire bombed Dresden, and bombed cities into rubble. We were willing to bear the burden with the Greatest Generation, now we are unwilling to endure even the slightest injury before we surrender.

But the Liberals loved Michael Moore's movie didn't they?

Farenheiht 9-11 was completely debunked, proven to be inaccurate, false, and misleading. Yet the Democrats loved it beyond any comparison. It was a great film, it was going to win the 2004 Election on it's own, everyone of the Democrats told us so. How many of us remember Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi telling us how powerful and accurate the movie was.

When inaccuracies were pointed out, people complaining that they were not quoted accurately, or that information was flat fiction, the Democrats said it was all true.

When the National Guard forged memo's were circulated by CBS, first the Democrats defended the memo's, then after no-one could claim that they were true documents from that era, defended the information as accurate, even though the memos were false. Then it was a Rove set up to make the Democrats look bad.

Now, we are on Path to 9-11 and what do we know, the Democrats don't want anything on Television that accurately portrays the lack of action in the Clinton Administration during the 1990's. They are sending petitions, letters, and threats to ABC to stop this at any cost, including threatening to pull ABC's licence.

OK, Libs, tell you what, I will be happy to discuss the matter with you. Tell me what we did in response to Khobar Towers? What did we do with the Embassy Bombings? What was our response in the matter of the USS Cole? Anyone, hello is anyone there?

The Liberals will shout, scream, demand, and in general ignore the facts that we did NOTHING in response to these attacks. The only time Clinton bombed anyone who was slightly Islamic is when Monica was called before the Grand Jury for the second time. Anyone remember the statements of the Democrats and pundits then? "The President is too busy with the National Security of this nation to be distracted by gossip about sex".

Liberals have no grasp of truth, nor any ideal what to do when faced with anything less than total fiction completely spun to their demented point of view.

State Department authority to designate terrorist organizations and impose restrictions on fund-raising and other financial transactions involving such groups.
Requirements for chemical tracking tags in plastic explosives.
A streamlined deportation procedure for those suspected of terrorist involvement, including a special court designed to protect classified evidence.

Well of course the Democrats voted FOR this bill when it was passed right?

Democrats opposed the limits on Death Penalty Appeals in Terrorism related cases. The Liberals in the ACLU have managed to get the State Department restrictions ruled unconstitutional by the Courts. It's not fair that we label extremist groups dedicated to our destruction as Terrorist on a whim is it?

We thought it was a bad idea to put the Military into a position as a Police force, Perhaps some of the Liberals can tell us about the Posse Commitatus act.

Yep, the absence of tagging chemicals in the Black Powder and Smokeless Powder caused 9-11. After all that is what the Liberals at the Democratic Underground are pretending.

I guess we are supposed to ignore that little troubling fact that they oppose now, what they claim we opposed for Clinton. That whole Wiretapping thing that they claim is impeachable.

Democrats, you have got to learn that the Internet really provides an opportunity for you to research things and learn the truth, instead of trying to spin one opinion piece into a factual argument. Find the facts, learn the truth, but then that would make you a Conservative wouldn't it?

Where do the Democrats think we can Negotiate with the Terrorists

The Democrats constantly tell us that this is only George Bush's war on Terror, not OUR war on Terror.

The Democrats tell us we must negotiate, and use Diplomacy instead of war to protect America. They complain that multiple arrests of Terrorism Suspects are staged to distract Americans from how much less safe we are.

So here is the question, when the Islamo Fascists state that the condition for peace is one of the two situations, what can we acheive by negotiation?

1) Convert to Islam.

2) Die

Now, what can we negotiate? Our means of death for not converting? Will that be the area of contention during the negotiations?

How about this, reality check time. Let's kill those who demand we convert or die. Eventually we will run out of the convert or die branch of Islam, and be left with the "we don't like you and shun you" branch, which I can live with.

The Democrats are delusional, again, if they think we can negotiate with people with the stated purpose of wiping us all out.

But Liberals Support the Troops, just not the war right?

First, let me give a huge nod to Michele Malkin for this one. Ms. Malkin, as always, am thankful for you and your work.

First, Liberals don't support the troops, they don't like the Troops, they hate the Military and all it stands for. How do we know this? Easy, look at the way they investigate any reported or purported incident. They automatically compare the troops to Jackbooted Gestapo, or Ghengis Kahn, or some other brutal dictators troops like Pol Pot. They never want to wait for the investigation to complete, they never want to see the facts found ouTheyHey never give the troops a moments benefit of doubt. They automatically convict in the press, and denounce the troops as sadistic morons.

Yet, the Democratic Undergound Dolts claim that this never happens, they never attack the troops, and it was probably skin heads pretending to be liberals since those who assaulted the soldier had crew cuts. Liberals as you know must have long hair and be hippies.

Libs, you did spit on Soldiers coming home from Viet-Nam, you do and did call them baby killers you only pretended to support the War on Terror while denouncing the attempts to fight it, and you hate the Military. If you can't be honest about what you think and feel, what debate can there be?

Liberals, when these people are caught, and tried, I am sure you will demand a fair trial, and those of you on the jury will find some excuse why these poor misunderstood youths shouldn't be punished. Perhaps their mothers ate a candy bar while pregnant. Conservatives will see little reason not to be harsh with them. Personally, I figure 200 lashes in the public square is too good for the criminal scum that did this.
