Obama's Aunt who lives in the slum? She's an illegal Alien

In the so funny you can't make it up catagory. We have this story that I would have liked to comment on, however again, limited time made such action difficult.

This is B. Hussein Obama's Aunt, the one he commented on so fondly in his book, Faith of my Father Zeituni Onyango. She's been living in Public Housing, which most people call a Slum, in Boston for five years. Obama makes more than a million dollars a year, and the woman who helped raise his Father was living in a slum. Of course, Barry like to tell us how we're all selfish because we don't like the idea of tax increases. Barry, the term selfish should be applied to things like Charity, and Charity starts at home, not in Washington.

Then the next day, the stories were all about how wonderful a person, and how wonderful a resident Aunt Zeituni was in the slum in Boston. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about her.

"She's been a model resident," said William McGonagle, deputy director of the Boston Housing Authority. "She did a remarkable job as a resident health advocate."

Federal Election Commission records show that Onyango donated at least five times to her nephew's campaign in July and September. Three of the donations were for $5 each, and two of the donations were for $25. Records compiled by The Huffington Post show she gave a total of $260 to the campaign.

So Auntie found a way to donate to Obama and his campaign, from her own desperate situation, and Obama couldn't be bothered to donate to her, from his own rather more substantial resources? That's outragous right? I wish I could say that's the end of this story, but it gets even more unbelievable.

She's an Illegal Alien

WASHINGTON (AP) - Barack Obama's aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.

Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango's case.

Information about the deportation case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one of them a federal law enforcment official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.
So as we've all seen with Obama's campaign before, anyone who might embarass the candidate is thrown under the bus, and Obama himself stomps on the gas pedal to make sure they're run over fully.

CHICAGO (AP) - Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama said Saturday he didn't know his aunt was living in the United States illegally and believes that laws covering the situation should be followed.

The Associated Press found that Obama's aunt had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. The woman, Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUHN on-YANG-oh), is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father.

A statement given to the AP by Obama's campaign said, "Senator Obama has no knowledge of her status but obviously believes that any and all appropriate laws be followed."
So Obama runs over the Aunt he so dearly loved. Oh well Auntie, you have to understand. You stand between him and the summation of his dreams, the power he so desperately craves.

I have to wonder though. Isn't Obama being rather selfish? I mean, he has so much, while his family has so little. Charity is said to start at home. In his home, he wants to remain wealthy and privileged, while you are told to take care of the charity in his own family. Typical Liberal, they never want to do with less themselves, they are determined that you should do with less though, because it's necessary for the collective good.

Yes Comrade, I understand. You didn't help Auntie out, because you figure we should all be living in assigned public housing.

One last aside. I wonder if the Obama Campaign is going to return the $260 that Auntie scrounged up by eating cat food that was received in violation of the law

It shall be unlawful for a foreign national directly or through any other person to make any contribution of money or other thing of value, or to promise expressly or impliedly to make any such contribution, in connection with an election to any political office; or in connection with any primary election, convention, or caucus held to select candidates for any political office; or for any person to solicit, accept, or receive any such contribution from a foreign national.

Senator, does this mean you committed a crime in accepting donations from foreign nations in what appears to be a violation of clearly described law?
UPDATE: The Obama campaign is returning the $265 to Auntie Zeituni after learning of her immigration status. Apparently, Auntie Zeituni ate all that cat food for nothing after all.
