Janet Reno say's terror law unconstitutional.

Janet Reno, the wonderful woman who brought us Ruby Ridge, Waco, and of course, Elian Gonzalez, stated in court filings that the Anti Terror law is unconstitutional.
It seems that it's unfair to take an enemy combatant, and hold him without trying him in front of his potential victims.

Former Attorney General Janet Reno and seven other former Justice Department officials filed court papers Monday arguing that the Bush administration is setting a dangerous precedent by trying a suspected terrorist outside the court system.

"The existing criminal justice system is more than up to the task of prosecuting and bringing to justice those who plan or attempt terrorist acts within the United States _ without sacrificing any of the rights and protections that have been the hallmarks of the American legal system for more than 200 years," the attorneys wrote.

Yes, that is exactly how we managed our POW camps during each of our previous wars. In World War II, captured Germans were regularly indicted in New York, no wait they weren't indicted. They were detained, for the duration of the war. Of course, that isn't an option for the Liberals who want to believe we aren't in a war, despite the numerous claims to the contrary from our ENEMY. Nobody tries an enemy combatant in a civilian court, not even Jane Fonda, while the hostilities are ongoing.

Libs, please keep this kind of nonsense up, after all, it's what you do best. No liberal can resist the chance to oppose America after all.
